Of high value to wildlife, the wetlands on this property support beaver, mink, and ducks. The north end of Sisson Pond lies within the refuge.

Directions:

Take Rte. 102 north to Waterman Hill Road, turn left onto Waterman Hill, follow to Plainfield Pike (Rte. 14), where there is a sign. The refuge access is a primitive trail at the corner of Waterman Hill and Plainfield Pike.
