We have testified supporting the recycling of used cooking oil on restaurant scale, creating a lifecycle stewardship of products with focus on residential medical sharps and mattresses, and funding for transportation based on registration fees and distributing the revenues to RIDOT, RIPTA, and municipalities.

We have questioned proposals to bring out of state recyclables into RI, to allow a municipal waste incinerator in Woonsocket, to extend the date for replacing cess pools (not septic tanks), and to increase density of housing in water sensitive areas.
