+ Someone in my area is shooting or otherwise harming birds. What can I do?

All birds except Pigeons, House Sparrows, and Starlings are protected by state and federal law. If you know of someone shooting, trapping, or poisoning birds, call the DEM Enforcement Division's 24-hour number: 277-2284
